Codes and Ordinances

 The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe is in the process of reviewing and updating all of its codes to ensure they reflect the vision of the tribe.  As codes have been reviewed and approved they will be posted here.  Click on the bold name of the code to read it in its entirety.

Election Ordinance

The purpose of the election ordinance is to regulate the conduct of Elections and Special elections as required by the Qagan Tayagungin Tribal Constitution.

Enrollment Ordinances

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribal Council finds establishing membership criteria and an official tribal roll are essential to the efficient and fair administration of tribal government.

Childrens Code

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe's Children's Code outlines how the Tribe will take an active roll in providing for the welfare of the children within its jurisdiction, preserve and strengthen family ties whenever possible, protect and serve tribal heritage and cultural identity of the children, and ensure other courts and agencies will fully cooperate with the Tribe in fulfilling the purposes of this code.
