Please turn in any petitions to the Tribal Court in person located in the Qagan Tayagungin Tribal Office or by email to qttcourt@outlook.com.

Fill out the information to the best of your knowledge. The Tribal Court Clerk cannot fill out the forms for you but they may assist in any questions you may have.
