Tribal Transportation Program

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe's Tribal Transportation Program is funded primarily through the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs Tribal Transportation Program.  The Tribe has a number of 638 contracts, and has just entered into a Tribal Transportation Agreement with the BIA for comprehensive transportation planning, research, design, engineering, construction, maintenance of highway, road, bridge, parkway, or transit facility programs or projects that are located on or which provide access to the Village of Sand Point along with related program administration activites and associated transportation services. 

Red Cove Road

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a 638 self determination contract with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs to make modifications to the Red Cove Dome Road in Sand Point Alaska.

Road Maintenance Program

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a 638 self determination contract with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs for the Road Maintenance Program.

Boat Harbor Road

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a 638 self determination contract with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs for administration, survey, design, rights-of-way, archaeology, environmental, construction and construction engineering of the Boat Harbor Road.

Transportation Planning

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a 638 self determination contract with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs for the Transportation Planning Program.

Tribal Transportation Program Agreement

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a Tribal Transportation Program Agreement with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Indian Reservation Roads Program

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has entered into a 638 self determination contract with the United States of America, Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs for the Indian Reservation Roads Program.
