Resolution 91-02
Eastern Aleutian Tribes, Inc., a non profit organization, formally states its desire to amend their bylaws to include the following: VI Administrative Authority The President of the Board in behalf of the Board of Directors hires and supervises the Administrator. The Board of Directors gives the Administrator authority to hire and supervise staff, to manage daily operations, to devise and sign grants and contracts and to expend money.
