Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe is working with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium to bring the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations program to Sand Point. The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations is a nutritional food assistance program. It is an alternate to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), otherwise known as the food stamp program.
