Kindergarten - 6th Grade Environmental Curriculum

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe Environmental Department has composed an Environmental Curriculum based on Sand Point as a community and Alaska as a whole.
The environmental curriculum was made for the Environmental Youth Group, so the Environmental staff had a template of what to teach the youth.
The environmental curriculum will be added to and corrected in 2014.
The K-6th Grade environmental curriculum consists of 12 different components. The components consist of: Animal Kingdom, Biodiversity, Contaminates, Dust, Ecosystem, Habitat, Marine Debris, Natural Resources, Pollution, Water Cycle, Water Pollution and Wetlands.
