Qagan Tayagungin Tribe Scholarships & Grants

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe has a Scholarship and a Grant available for citizens to apply for. One is the QTT "Agate" Scholarship and one is the Higher Education Grant. This is where you can find information on both applications. *Quick tip: The applications are separate applications; if you are applying for both the scholarship and the grant, you must turn in both application documents!

 

 

Qagan Tayagungin Tribe "Agate" Scholarship

The Qagan Tayagungin Tribe's Agate scholarship is available to citizens of the Qagan Tayagungin Tribe who are pursuing a secondary education at an accredited college or university.  Please read the guidelines provided in order to correctly complete your scholarship application. Please see the below attached document for the list of required documents that must be turned in with the application.

Who is eligible for the QTT "Agate" Scholarship?

1. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA.

2. Must be enrolled in the QT Tribe.

3. Must be a high school graduate or have earned a GED.

4. Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university.

 

Higher Education Grant
The purpose of the QT Tribe Higher Education Grant Program is to provide supplemental
financial assistance to eligible QT Tribal members entering College who are seeking an associate
or baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Please see the below attached document for list of required documents that must be turned in with the application.
Who is eligible for the grant?

1. Must be an enrolled member of the QT Tribe.

2. Must be accepted for admissions to a nationally accredited institute of higher education.

3. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the financial aid officer of of the collegiate institution.

4. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA.
